Some people assume a referral service is a contractor with a new name. It is not. Marinegranted Concrete is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local concrete providers. The providers do the work. We do not.
Why This Site Exists
Planning new concrete can feel like guesswork. Advice online often clashes, and weather adds another layer. This site exists to put facts before flatwork. We explain how seasons, soil, and drainage affect driveways and patios, so you can ask better questions.
How Matching Works
You share what you are planning and where. We then connect you with a provider in our network who works in your part of the Havre de Grace area. Availability varies by provider, so Request a callback to check who may be open to your project.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Look at the site before quoting
- Give written estimates that spell out the scope
- Explain timing in light of local weather
- Treat homeowners with respect and honesty
Homeowners should still confirm licensing and insurance directly with any provider they consider.
What We Do Not Do
We do not pour, finish, or stamp concrete. We do not set prices, and we do not schedule crews. We also do not make promises on behalf of providers. Your agreement is with the provider you choose.
How the Service Is Funded
Homeowners are not charged to use the referral service. Providers in our network may pay to receive homeowner inquiries. That does not change what you pay a provider for the work itself, which is agreed between you and the provider.
Compare, Then Decide
You are never pushed to hire anyone. Many homeowners gather two or three written estimates, then compare the scope, materials, and timing. Take as long as you need. Seasons matter, but a rushed choice rarely helps.
