How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who contacts Marinegranted Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to make a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Marinegranted Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Marinegranted Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Us a Complaint
Email contact@marinegranted.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
